CANCELLATION POLICY

CANCELLATIONS A $20 non-refundable deposit and card on file is required to book. If client fails to cancel prior to the 24 hour mark before the appointment 100% of the service booked will be charged. NO SHOWS All no call no shows will be charged 100% of the service that was booked. TARDINESS If you are more than 15 minutes late to an appointment you may be asked to reschedule.
